Key Responsibilities

Build and grow the business into the market leader in the new category of user-driven online advertising;

Engage proactively with the board of directors to define and execute key strategies and objectives for the company;

Deliver on full P&L responsibility;

Build and grow a world-class team including best-of-class engineering and development, and market-leading sales and marketing;

Oversee development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans as well as the identification and engagement of strategic business and ecosystem partners;

Prepare the company for global expansion.

Leadership: A team builder, motivator and leader of people.

Strategic Planning: Strong analytical and business planning skills.

Management: Proven senior management experience including people and project management and financial planning and budgeting.

Capital Management: Proven ability to communicate effectively with investors and successfully raise operating and expansion capital as may be required.

Communications: Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills.

Entrepreneurship: Strong ability to identify new and developing opportunities, think creatively, and define effective strategies.

Language: Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Professional Experience and Background
- 7+ years of senior management experience with successful track record delivering substantial profitable growth
- Online advertising or media-related industry knowledge
- Familiarity with the online trends and the Internet is essential
- Strong personal and professional network into advertising agencies, media buying, and online marketing firms;
- Proven strategic skills to assess risk, allocate priorities and develop and implement long term plans
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at the most senior level
