Job Description:

Associate Directors at THE COMPANY are seasoned consulting or industry senior executives with several years of post-MBA experience in strategy, mobile, internet, telecommunications, media or financial consulting.  They work with Directors in owning and developing client relationships, and creating opportunities for new work to be sold.  They are also the day-to-day leaders of larger, more complex engagements and take primary responsibility for delivering on these complex assignments and managing its implementation via the Core+ team approach. Our Associate Directors also spend significant time identifying potential new projects and develop areas of advanced expertise and new content.

Engagement Managers at THE COMPANY are highly-skilled business professionals with several years of experience in consulting, finance or the telecom/media industries, and usually an MBA or other post graduate degree. Their responsibilities include taking the lead and ownership in structuring research and analysis, maintaining day-to-day client communications, taking the lead in the writing and delivery of presentations given high-level direction from the Directors, and leading, coaching and vetting the work of junior / entry Consultants and other Core+ contributors to ensure high-quality team output. They are typically assigned to lead a client engagement full-time and in a day-to-day capacity, owning the successful execution of the analyses and output delivery per the scope and approach defined by the Director.  They report to a Director who maintains overall oversight of project development, refine and sign off on final outputs and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Requirements:

• MBA or University degree in Business/Commerce
• 3-5 years consulting experience in Asia (US & European experience a bonus)
• Native English & Cantonese speaker (Mandarin is a plus)
• Experienced in Web 2.0,Telecom, IT, Digital Content sector in Asia
• Excellent organization, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Highly motivated & enthusiastic team player
• Flexible enough to work in an ever-changing environment
