Company Description
A highly successful post start-up company on the verge of rapid expansion is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Director who will be able to capitalize on current achievements and play a key role in taking the company to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a dynamic, proactive team which will grow in relation to revenue generation based in Beijing and Shanghai;
- Revenue ownership with goal setting and management;
- Initiate and successfully close contracts between agencies building off established contacts and relationships with the big 4 and their media buying agencies;
- Develop a creative approach to designing volume discounts and rate cards;
- Develop and deliver unambiguous media buying and planning options to clients;
- Establish reseller relationships and terms of engagement across China.
The ideal candidate will most likely come from a solid background from an Agency with strong relationships in the media buying and planning. In addition the candidate will have the following abilities:
- Excellent personal and presentation skills;
- A self-starting and enthusiastic approach;
- A clear understanding of fiscal goals;
- Written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Demonstrate an intuitive knowledge of Web 2.0 to identify and engage with potential business and ecosystem partners;
Remuneration will include salary, a bonus and the option to participate in the equity plan.
