Ralph Simon is regarded as one of the founders of the modern mobile entertainment industry, and was one of the global trailblazers for mobile content and music. He has a very strong background in startups having founded Zomba Group, Jive Records and Yourmobile/Moviso but he has also held senior positions in some of the music industries big players – EMI, Capitol Records and Blue Note.
He has been the mobile producer for global events including Al Gore/Live Earth, Live 8 and Pangea Day, all huge events attracting millions of users across platforms, across geographies.
Ralph has also taken a deep interest in the “big picture” of mobile usage, pioneering the emerging sciences of Mociology and Mocio-Economics, as well as founding the Mobile Entertainment and heading the Mobilium Advisory Group.

Norman Janelle is the executive
director and CEO of Byford International Limited. He spent 25 years as a senior
executive with Philip Morris International (“PMI”) and was based in Asia and
Europe. He was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of PMI in
several markets within each region. He subsequently joined The Walt Disney
Company with his latest position as head of Walt Disney Consumer Products (Asia
Pacific) Limited where he was responsible for the licensing and retail
businesses throughout the Asia Pacific region.
He is also a chartered Accountant
and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Montreal.

Anthony Tse is the recently appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cosmedia Group – the Group, together with its associates, operate media, entertainment and direct marketing businesses in China. Its business activities include advertising, production, distribution and home shopping on various television platforms throughout the Mainland, as well as operating POPTV Arena, a 600,000 sq. ft. live entertainment venue in the West Kowloon district of Hong Kong.
Anthony also holds active capacities with various industry groups. He is a Board Director and member of the Council of Governors for The Cable & Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (“CASBAA”); Digital Information Technology Committee member for the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce; and Advisory Board member for Music Matters, a leading music and entertainment industry event in Asia.
Prior to Cosmedia, Anthony served in various management capacities with the TOM Group (“TOM”) for over 8 years. Until recently, he was the President of China Entertainment Television, a leading 24-hour Mandarin general entertainment channel operating in Mainland China that was granted landing rights into the cable systems of Guangdong, as well as nationwide distribution via the Central Platform. The channel was a collaborative venture between TOM and Time Warner. He also previously held positions as Director of Corporate Development - overseeing strategy and development for the Group, as well as some of the M&A activities in the Online, Publishing and TV & Entertainment sectors across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan; and as Deputy General Manager of TOM.COM – the Group’s Internet and Mobile operations, formerly known as TOM Online, in Mainland China.
Before joining TOM, Anthony spent over 5 years at News Corp’s STAR TV, and was previously with Citibank in London before returning to Hong Kong in 1992.
